How to Share a Template
You can share a template with another PostMyParty user, one of three ways:
Share by email
This option is best when you only want to share this template with a small number of people.
- From your PostMyParty menu, click Templates.
Under the Actions column, click the Share icon beside the template you want to share.
Enter the email of the person you want to share the template with.
Use a Share Link
This option is helpful when you want share the template with a larger volume of people, without needing to enter their email addresses individually.
- From your PostMyParty menu, click Templates.
- Click on the name of the template you want to share.
- Check the box labeled "Enable this template to be shared through a link"
- Click the Update button that will show.
This will generate a template link that you can share with others.
They'll be able to click that link and save the template to their own PostMyParty account.
Share with your Team
This is best used if you tend to share multiple templates and libraries with your team. It provides you with a space your team can come to import content without having to re-share links each time you create or edit an existing one.
- From the Teams menu, click the name of your team.
- Choose the Templates tab, then click the Add Template button.
- A new window will pop up. Choose the template you want to share from the dropdown box provided. Then click Share Template.
That template will now be available for everyone on your team to import to their account.
